Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), and any profile details you choose to provide. If you register as a Seller, we additionally collect identity verification documents, payout details, and tax information required by law.

Order data: products purchased, license keys, MetaTrader Account Numbers or Machine IDs that you bind to a product, transaction IDs, and country of purchase.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, language preference, and pages visited (collected via cookies and standard server logs).

Communication data: messages you send to support, comments, reviews, and forum posts.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account.

To process your orders, deliver licenses, and provide customer support.

To prevent fraud, abuse, license sharing, and to enforce our Terms.

To send transactional emails (purchase receipts, password resets, license updates).

To improve the Service, fix bugs, and develop new features.

To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

For users in the European Union, we process your personal data under the following legal bases: performance of contract (delivering the products you purchased), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, service improvement), consent (marketing where applicable), and legal obligation.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Service:

Payment processors (Paymob, Paddle, LemonSqueezy, crypto processors) — to handle transactions securely. They receive only the data needed to process the payment.

Email delivery providers — to send transactional emails.

Hosting & infrastructure (our Windows VPS provider) — to store and serve the Service.

Sellers — when you purchase a Seller's product, the Seller receives the limited information needed to deliver the product and provide support (typically your username, the Account Number or Machine ID you bind to the license, and basic order details). Sellers are not given your full payment details.

Legal authorities — when required by valid law, court order, or to protect our rights.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Order and transaction records are kept for at least 5 years to meet accounting and legal requirements. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; to receive a copy of your data in a portable format; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it.

King ElChart is operated from Egypt. By using the Service from outside Egypt, you understand that your data will be transferred to and processed in Egypt and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will indicate the latest revision. Significant changes will be notified by email or a notice on the Service.
