Refund Policy

1. The Nature of Digital Products
All products sold on King ElChart are digital goods that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once a product is downloaded or a license is activated, it cannot be physically "returned." This policy reflects that reality while still protecting customers in cases of genuine product issues.
2. License-Activated Products — No Refund After Activation
Products that require activation by Account Number or Machine ID (most Expert Advisors, indicators, and licensed utilities) are non-refundable once the license has been activated or the product has been bound to an account/machine.
This is because, after activation, the buyer has effectively received the full value of the product and the license cannot be reused.
Before activating, please verify that the product is compatible with your platform, broker, and account type.
3. Other Products — 7-Day Refund Window
For products that do not use a per-account / per-machine license (such as documentation, templates, or open scripts), a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase if all of the following are true:
— The product has a clear, demonstrable technical defect.
— You have contacted our support and given us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
— The product was not used in production trading.
4. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Granted
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
— Trading losses incurred while using the product (trading is your responsibility).
— The product did not meet personal expectations of profit, win-rate, or strategy style.
— The product was bought and then the buyer changed their mind.
— The buyer failed to read the product description, requirements, or compatibility notes.
— The buyer's broker, account type, or platform setup is incompatible with the product (compatibility is the buyer's responsibility).
— Issues caused by the buyer's VPS, internet connection, broker server, or third-party software.
— Violation of our Terms of Service or attempted license abuse.
5. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted through King ElChart support — never directly to the Seller — so that the Platform can mediate, verify the issue, and process the refund through the original payment channel. Email support@KingElChart.com within the eligibility window with:
— Your order ID and purchase email.
— A clear description of the issue and steps to reproduce it.
— Screenshots, MetaTrader logs, or videos demonstrating the defect.
We will review the request within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5–14 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider and your bank.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team and giving us a chance to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to immediately revoke all licenses associated with your account and ban the account from future purchases. Please contact us first — we want to help.
7. Discretionary Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, King ElChart may grant a refund or partial credit even when not strictly required by this policy. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and do not create any obligation to grant similar refunds in the future.
