Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using King ElChart, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter binding contracts, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

King ElChart is a marketplace platform where independent verified sellers list digital trading products — including Expert Advisors (EAs), custom indicators, scripts, automation utilities, and related technical services — for sale to buyers worldwide. Products may operate on MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, NinjaTrader, cTrader, TradingView, and similar trading platforms.

King ElChart itself may also publish first-party products on the Platform. In all cases, the Platform provides the storefront, payment processing, license delivery, customer accounts, and dispute facilitation; the underlying software is the work of the listed Seller (whether that Seller is King ElChart or an independent vendor).

All products are software tools intended to assist traders. They do not constitute financial advice and do not guarantee any trading outcome.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, share licenses, or violate these Terms.

4. License & Intellectual Property

The King ElChart name, logo, website design, code, and all Platform-generated content are the exclusive property of Mohamed Maher Elsayed Mohamed and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Each product listed on the Platform is the intellectual property of its respective Seller. By listing a product, the Seller grants King ElChart a limited license to display, market, distribute, and deliver the product to Buyers through the Platform.

When you purchase a product, the Seller grants you (through the Platform) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product on the number of accounts or machines specified at the time of purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, or share the product with any third party.

Each license is bound to a specific Account Number or Machine ID. Tampering, cracking, or attempting to bypass the licensing system will immediately revoke all rights.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, or system; (d) scrape, copy, or duplicate any portion of the Service without written permission; (e) use the products on accounts other than those licensed; (f) impersonate any person or entity.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination, license revocation without refund, and legal action where applicable.

6. Sellers & Marketplace Listings

To list products on the Platform, Sellers must register, complete identity verification, and accept the Seller Agreement (provided during registration). Sellers are solely responsible for the legality, originality, accuracy, support, and updates of their listed products.

Sellers may not list products that infringe third-party rights, contain malware, manipulate broker servers, claim guaranteed profits, or violate applicable financial regulations. King ElChart reserves the right to review, suspend, remove, or unlist any product at its sole discretion.

Sellers receive their share of net sales (after platform commission, payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, and applicable taxes) according to the payout schedule and method agreed in the Seller Agreement.

By listing a product, the Seller represents that they have all necessary rights to do so and indemnifies King ElChart against any claim arising from the product, its description, or its use.

7. Payments, Pricing & Currency

All product prices are displayed in their stated currency and are subject to change without prior notice by the Seller or the Platform. Once an order is completed, the price paid is final.

Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers (such as Paymob, Paddle, LemonSqueezy, and crypto processors). King ElChart does not store full credit card data on its servers. By making a payment, you also accept the terms of the relevant payment provider.

King ElChart facilitates the transaction between Buyer and Seller. Where the Platform acts as the merchant of record (e.g., through Paddle or LemonSqueezy), invoices are issued by the merchant of record on behalf of the Platform.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Refund eligibility considers both Platform policy and any seller-specific terms displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. Please review the Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any product.

9. No Financial Advice & Risk

Neither King ElChart nor any Seller on the Platform provides financial, investment, or trading advice through the products or Service. Trading carries substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that you trade at your own risk and at your own discretion. See our Risk Disclaimer for full details.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Products listed on the Platform operate on third-party trading platforms (MetaTrader 4/5, NinjaTrader, cTrader, TradingView, broker servers, etc.). Neither the Platform nor the Sellers are responsible for outages, errors, latency, slippage, requotes, or any malfunction caused by those platforms, brokers, internet connectivity, or your local environment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, King ElChart, its owner, and Sellers on the Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost trading opportunities, account drawdowns, or data loss — arising out of or related to the use of any product or the Service. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim within the previous 30 days.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
